“I reserved an auto transport from another U-haul dealer nearby. I showed up at the dealer with my truck loaded ready to move to Texas around 3:30 pm and they had the wrong auto transport. I called the hub for U-haul dealers and they pointed me to this dealer because he had it in stock. I frantically drove over to try and get there before he closes so I didn't have to wait till the next day to move. Not only did this dealer stay open late to help me load my truck on the auto transport, but he advised me that my trailer hitch was un safe and that I should probably get the correct ball for the hitch at Autozone. He stayed open after hours to wait for me while I picked up the correct ball and hitch from Autozone. When I arrived, he tightened the ball down on the hitch for me. Once we got the trailer on my truck, he guided my other truck on the auto transport and tied everything down for me. After a quick walk around to make sure everything was safely tied down, he gave me his card and said to give him a call if I had any trouble down the road because he knows how hard it can be to get help from U-haul's operators. I had never met this man before I moved that day, but he treated me like his neighbor and displayed true southern hospitality.”
