They worked me in even though I didn't have an appointment, stayed on top of communication about my vehicle, didn't try to pressure me to have a bunch of extra stuff done, gave me a complimentary car wash, and even walked me to the car and opened my door for me at the end! “I have been looking for a Ford Maverick for over a year with no luck and lucky for me their website was down when 2 had been brought in and came back up the day I happened to look on their site. I had not found any in GA and decided to check in AL. I spoke with Robert Milton, who ended up working me by phone, and his manager Marlos. It was a 2 hr drive, but well worth the trip. Doing business with dealship even over the phone was hassle-free, and they had everything ready for me by the time I got there. They had found me a finance company and had spent the time looking for the best interest rate not just at one or two companies either, and it wasn't with their company. It was at the interest rate I wanted and at the payment I had anticipated. The truck had already been detailed and gased up, so I didn't have to wait around for that to be done. I wasn't pressured into buying anything extra like extended warranties or stuff I didn't need. Robert took the time to explain every gizmo and gadget on the truck and show me how things work and downloaded and paired everything before I left. Then, he recommended one of the best Mexican restaurants I have eaten at. Even though it was a 2 hr drive, I didn't mind because I commute that far to work, and even if I didn't it was still worth the trip to treated fairly and not feel like I had been treated like a female by car salesman.
