Expedite service. I helped my wife with a few boxes because I had some free time from post. If the attitude of the attendant would have matched the speed of the service, everything would have been great, but I left the place disgruntled and agreeing with every previous comment I had from my wife about the attendant

I receive informed mail daily and it's always right on point with delivery. Although on a Saturday it did not come. I had 8 pieces. After it wasn't delivered on Monday by 2 I went into the office in Daleville Alabama. When I entered there was a white clerk and a black clerk. The black clerk was with a customer but still greeted me as I entered. The white clerk stood there and I walked to the counter. I explained to her I get informed mail and had missing mail from Saturday. She said "it takes 5 to 7 days". I proceeded to explain to her my situation only to be cut off with the same phrase. The second time was rude. I then left. She then stated that the carrier was knew and she was behind. She could give no other information besides that. The new carrier delivered mail to my house which was Monday mail not Saturdays. I explained to her the situation and she assure me she would look when she got back to building and if it was would place in mailbox on her way home. And that is exactly what the outstanding young lady did. All mail was delivered accept on piece. But she went the extra mile to calm my worry. I appreciate her. That is what you call great customer service. She deserves to be recognized for that. She gets 5 stars just alone by herself. The counter clerk although gets a zero for effort. She didn't attempt to locate my mail or even ask what it was. The two positions need to be changed. Also they really need lighting inside this office . It looks dark and glooming daily. Looks like they are closed down. Thanks to the ladies that truly love what they do. Thank you. The white woman I encountered with rude needs to be verbally warned about her no effort and sad customer service skills.

Another package misplaced. Never ends. Says package delivered but never arrives as. Supervisor, several over the years doesn’t have a clue. Not helpful at all !! Higher the stamps worse the delivery!

Absolutely ABSURD that I cannot rate you negative 5 stars. To say I am beyond mad right now is an understatement! The fact that I have to live in a town another year that is too incompetent to handle delivering a simple package to my door is pretty ridiculous! This is the third package in a matter of 7 months, 2 of them being within a month and a half of one another that they’ve either lost, claim they’ve delivered and then don’t know where they actually delivered it to that I’ve had to deal with. I should NOT have to worry with my package that cost quite a bit in money can’t make it to my house if it is being delivered through any other means than Fed Ex or UPS. Now I have to explain to the company that I ordered from that again, they’ll have to replace a package that was lost or not delivered properly that yes it was indeed delivered wrong and NO I’m not dishonest and receiving packages to only say I didn’t to receive “free” goods since the last time a month and a half ago this happened; it was merchandise coming from the same company! This rant can go on and on because I’m fuming. Daleville Postal Service, you’ve got to do better! This is totally and completely unacceptable!

I paid a extra $11.49 to have my package rushed delivery to my door the mail lady is to lazy to deliver it instead she left me a paper in the mailbox someone is going to refund me my money

They attempted delivery of a package requiring a signature while I was at work. I rescheduled the delivery, which can only be done by day and not time, so I had to take time off work to receive the package. They never delivered it. I got a hand written note in my mailbox refusing to deliver the package due to its weight (which they were paid for) and telling me I had to go pick the package up myself at the post office. I had some commitments Saturday morning, so I show up to the post office near closing to find them locking the doors early. Still dont have my package, and now I'm supposed to take more time of to pick up a package during the week that I paid to have delivered. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Did not get what I paid for. I will never use the USPS for anything again.

Terrible organization, and unreliable deliveries to Daleville residents in Al. Need new POST MASTER in charge in the City of Daleville AL. 24 resident.
