Couldn't be happier. Melba, Jody, and Melissa are all easy to work with. They found a new tenant very quickly and made sure everything was in order before the move in. They are all respectful and polite. This is my first time ever giving a review for any company. They deserved the 5 stars.

Alabama Coastal Rentals has been managing single family homes and long-term condos since 1994. This was way before any online services including the MLS were available for rental pricing or marketing of homes. At that time, there was only a handful of companies that handled this intricate part of real estate as their primary focus. To this day, our focus remains 100% property management and leasing. We do partner with other companies sales agents as our clients need that service – whether buying new rentals or selling the ones they have.
