AutoZone in Daphne, AL is a well‑known retailer of automotive parts. The location is great and the employees are good, helpful and respectful. One employee helped with a battery replacement and another sold and installed headlamps for a Kia Sorento, going above and beyond to assist. When a customer broke down near Aldi, another employee checked the battery on the side of the road, started the vehicle, and sold the correct bolts. An employee also gave a ride to help a customer retrieve a locked key. The team quickly diagnosed a check‑engine light with a diagnostic machine. The store is clean and the people are nice. Many customers say they will shop here often and become lifelong customers.
