I'm a weekly or every other week regular but walked in at 130 on Christmas Eve to grab something special to cook for my family on Christmas Day. (Bad planning on my part I know). Everything g was already put up..after discussing with the staff decided on a 4 Bone prime rib roast. Prepped it with a mix of stone ground and Dijon mustard/Olivia oil, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, celery salt, parsley flakes. Roasted in our oven to approx 127.7..let rest 30 minutes and it was tge best prime rib I've ever had!!! Thank yall so much!!”
