It’s always been a pleasure banking with Community Bank. I’ve had zero banking issues since banking with them approximately 3 years ago.

Community provided construction and mortgage financing for my new home. The interest rate, approval phase and then construction were handled in a simple and straightforward manner.Greg provided financing even though I had limited my retirement income stream until social security, deferred comp and other retirement streams kicked in. He focused on assets, down payment and credit history.I am not sure if I would have qualified using the standard income analysis. Greg asked for all the required documentation upfront. We had 1 meeting and he never asked for anything again.Just cannot recommend Community, Greg and Nina enough. They made a complicated often painful process as simple as possible.

DAPHNE LOCATION ONLY: The bank manager of Daphne with the forgetful name will lie to customers and get attitude with subtle threats apparently. Got my wallet and card stolen out of town and she said they could not ship the card any other way but snail mail. Not only that but they have no tracking number, nothing. About a week later (still no card) I call back to see what the problem is, and why am I being treated this way. The bank manager had a total, “take your money and leave” when I expressed my disapproval of the situation. I actually asked “is there any reason or incentive to keep my money here?” Her reply? “That’s up to you” She then told me she and her HUSBAND know my parents “very well” (her words. I called them and they don’t know her at all apparently) and will speak to them about the matter if necessary… first I’m a full grown adult, second that’s illegal to discuss private banking info. So I call the Fairhope branch… delightful. Wonderful people to work with. Could not say enough positive things about the Fairhope Community Bank Staff. Turns out, bank manager at Daphne LIED. Community bank WILL overnight a card to you out of town, they can provide a tracking number, and just to reiterate she lied about knowing my parents (very strange and alarming)… the only reason I still have my money there is because of the Fairhope branch. My point of this review, the bank manager at the DAPHNE LOCATION is a horrible human to work with, but if you deal with the Fairhope location, Community Bank is a wonderful place to bank and FAIRHOPE will take care of you the way you should be taken care of. Daphne… find a manager who is professional and can train employees on systems that the bank DOES HAVE.

Love this bank! I moved to Colorado 2 years ago (this bank is not in Colorado) and I still refuse to get another bank. They have the BEST costumer service, and always help me out when I need it especially since I don’t have one out here to go to. Highly recommend!

Love Community Bank! They offer personal service to their customers. I love being treated this way! So unlike other banks, where you're just an account number!
