Not a good experience! I would not recommend it at all! They are so rude and unprofessional. They do not tell you the truth and will not own up to their mistakes. If you read the other reviews you will see others have had the same results. I only wish I had read these reviews first. The prices are very high and the quality is the worst ! Buyer beware ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS HERE!!!

Took an expensive cashmere sweater to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, it had a tag clipped to it "DEFECTIVE" and there were holes throughout my sweater. When I took it back the lady said she specifically remembered my sweater and was 100% sure it had holes in it prior to me dropping it off. I questioned her as to where the stain was, and she said they had it cleaned. Now why would you clean a defective sweater and not notify your customer...look suspicious to anyone else?

I took my husband brand new tuxedo (jacket, pants & shirt) still had tags on it which tags were given back to me in a tiny bag. Once I made it home and taken the peices out of the plastic I found traces of white Dog hair on the jacket and shirt. Totally disguising I don't own a dog nor like dogs and I definitely don't want dog hair on or near me. This was my first time using this service and definitely the last.

I use Dixie Service Cleaners by Target and have been pleased with the people there and the clothes I left to be dry cleaned had been dry cleaned when I picked them up. What more can I expect? Reasonable prices.

They ruined a very expensive comforter. The damage was very obvious but they stuffed it in a bag, charged me $30 and sent me on my way. I took it back and complained. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage because I signed a release. I signed a release because I had removed the care tag. I stressed multiple times that the care tag instructions were dry clean only. They clearly washed and dried the comforter but refused to admit it. They did not offer any compensation for the comforter, did not offer a refund, and said the comforter was "old and full of dog hair." The comforter was a year and a half old and had some dog hair on it but wasn't "covered" as they said. They clearly did not follow instructions, refused to own up to their mistake, charged me $30, and then insulted me. Take your business elsewhere!

Horrible service. Could not or should I say would not try to get a dirt mark off the bottom of my dress. And was rude and walked off instead if talking to me. Manager was even worse then front desk help. I will never use them again. And this is for my wedding in two weeks!!!! Horrible service
