I'm only leaving one star because 0 stars aren't an option. I'm so upset. I'm a regular almost daily customer to this DG and I have never been treated so rude by a store employee in all my life. DG closes at 10 p.m. and I was at the door at 9:53 and the doors were locked but their were still guests in the store and the cashier was actually ringing up a man at the register. I came to get my baby some milk so I and another lady were waiting. The cashier ignored me and went to get a lady from the back. The lady named "Sara" came to the door and was so rude and nasty and said that they were closed. I told her that I was here before closing and she said that didn't care and proceeded to close the door really fast. I asked her name and she said Sara and I told her that I was calling corporate and she said that she didn't care. I worked in the public and I understand the frustration when customers come in close to closing but don't have doors locked before time and that's part of the job when you accepted it. I rarely do bad reviews but this lady was so nasty and unnecessary.

This is usually my go to DG. They recently remodeled so I thought things would get better. However, I went in to grab a few things and ended up standing in a LOOOONG line of people that was wrapped around and down an aisle. There was one lady at the register that was trying her best to get everyone checked out, but she was visibly under stress. DG took out their other register area and put in a 2nd self check out area. So basically you have no choice but to use one. But wait, they were BOTH down and not working. It was a mess. Another employee finally came over and fixed it. So for my conclusion, DG is just getting worse, they clearly don't care if they only put one or two people in the store per shift.

I am only giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0.
This store was horrible, the ladies working there are so very rude, I mean, RUDE. VERY SNOTTY, they treated my mom (a highly favored employee) like garbage. Their customer service was very very bad. Their names are karen and debra.
May I add, they both were also NOT wearing face coverings.
