Very Friendly, Bob and the managers worked with me on multiple occasions to get me the best price and help resolve any issues with ease. The facility is super clean and always open! There’s also spacious restrooms for your convenience during your move, etc. Highly recommend!

Bob and Kristal are phenomenal employees. I’ve been a customer for over two years now and they both go out of their way to accommodate any requests, find out pertinent information, assist with any problems I have, and simply be there when needed. It feels good knowing that my cherished home items are under their care! I can’t recommend them or the Daphne location enough!

My husband and I arrived to our new city after hours when the storage unit was closed, but to our surprise we were able to still reserve the unit, pay for it, and was provided all of the necessary information to move our extra items into tour unit that night. I have never been able to do this with any other storage until. This was very convenient for us, without having to wait the following business day which would have been that Monday and we moved here on Saturday. The unit is affordable and the perfect size for the extra items that wouldn’t fit into our apartment. We used them in Texas and are even more happy to be using them here in Alabama. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage!!
