“I've have been coming to this practice for over 15 years to see. Doctor Charles Kirkland, if it was not for Doctor Charles Kirkland. I probably would not of graduated high school. He is one of the best Doctors at this practice. I've never had a problem, with the staff. Like ever. Everyone always look like they are. Enjoying the work they are doing. When I left my appointment, last time with Doctor Charles Kirkland. This is what I saw. Every single phone was pressed to nurses ears, receptionist ear. Scheduling appointments, calling in prescriptions to pharmacist. A very well oiled machine, giving 110% to provide care to all surrounding areas. This is a real review, from someone. Who really has been visiting this practice for over 15 years! Stop the hate and just get your meds and leave. Have a nice day.”

“This place has awful customer service. I made an appointment as a new patient 1 month in advance and they had no recollection of the appointment whatsoever. The receptionist took no responsibility for the clinic’s mistake and kept eluding that I was making everything up. She then told me I would have to start the process all over again, having to submit a new patient approval request. Ridiculous.I’ll update on my experience with the doctor assuming I ever get an appointment. Cool, cool.**update** I had an appointment with Dr. Kayle, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be going back to see her. Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars”

“It has been a long time since I’ve had a doctor that showed this much interest in me as a patient. I am very low maintenance and pretty healthy with a few things to address and he went through my entire history in detail and showed genuine interest in making sure I had the best treatment possible. It was just a general physical and my first visit with him and I was very pleased with his professionalism.”

“I went in on 12/5/2025. I will start with the positive. Landon- he is the main reason I continue to visit this clinic. He listens to my concerns, gives me his honest opinion, and then together we come up with a plan of care. He is absolutely wonderful!! Not to say the others aren’t because Haley is just as fantastic- I just usually end up seeing Landon. Then there was Savannah- she is the one who triaged me and drew my blood. She is awesome! I’ve been told I am a hard stick- but she got it on the first try! Now on to the negative- the front desk. I do not know what her issue was or what I was keeping her from doing, but her attitude was horrific. I also work in healthcare and if I treated my patients how she does- I would be out of a job. The poor older lady next to me was struggling with the online paperwork and the receptionist was rude, cold and dismissive towards her and never offered any help. When it came to collect my copay- I politely told her I’ve met my out of pocket and everything is covered at 100 percent and she insisted I had to pay a copay. I also deal with insurance and know when to collect and not collect a copay. Overall- she was cold,rude, and unprofessional.”
