The showroom has everything you could use to upgrade or change in your home. Anne was very helpful when I needed to add the matching escutcheon last minute to our order. We will definitely be back on the next project.

Do not do business with this company! We special ordered an appliance through them for a new home build. THEY made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing from the manufacturer. We did not discover the error until we went to install the appliance. Ferguson eventually (after photo and electronic evidence was presented to them) acknowledged the mistake was theirs but refused to accept any responsibility for it or make any efforts to correct it. The only person representing Ferguson management was absolutely a pain to work with. They are dishonest, unethical, uncooperative and I could use a few more personal derogatory terms to describe them. Stay away at all costs. If I could do zero stars or negative stars I would.

They carry just about everything (except what I needed) .... The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is when I was waiting for the customer ahead of me (there was only the one guy that was working the counter) but no one acknowledges you until you are next. It was about a 15 min wait. I personally think that even saying, "we will be with you as soon as possible" or just a "good morning" would work. No big deal.... Just a pet peeve, I guess.

Went here to look at complete shower bath and vanity faucets. They have a great selection and are very knowledgeable.

If you buy an appliance from this place they won't service it. They tell you to call the mfg. Better places to buy same products that svc them too.
