Highly recommend. I've been coming to this Firestone for 10 years, and Fred and his team always take great care of me and my vehicles. Whether I'm buying four tires or just coming in for routine maintenance, I'm always met with the same professional service and respect. They do excellent work and explain everything in a way I can understand. I never feel pressured into buying anything, and they give me plenty of heads up to plan for upcoming services. While I have been a loyal Firestone customer, in another state, for many years, this store lacks the mission of the company as a whole. Harvey Firestone would be ashamed of the lack of loyalty this store displays.

Always good service! Fred and staff made sure my car was repaired in time for my recent road trip. They went above and beyond to find and repair the mystery noise my car was making.

Great workers! Friendly front staff. Quality work. I let a dealership in Bay Minette work on my brakes last time and they screwed them up. I am really impressed with the work Firestone in Daphne, Alabama has done on my truck and my daughter’s truck!

I was able to book an appointment online which was easy.
When I arrived, it seemed that maybe there was not enough help, but my SUV was ready quickly and even received a full inspection.
The price is always right. This was my second time at this location and I am happy with it. Being new in town, it is important to have found a good mechanic.

I came to the Daphne tire dept and was greeted and informed of the products available etc. and must say impressed. I checked other tire outlets and came right back. The total experience was excellent. The plus was even with a system error ahead of me, there was continued timely service. I rarely leave public ratings. Impressed !

Austin was very friendly and got my car in fast. He told me what was wrong with my car and explained how much it would cost. He helped me in picking just the right tires. Everyone was kind and helpful.

I love firestone, but when a customer tells you that the tire light is on, common sense it's a sensor issue, definitely ridiculous
