Good afternoon. I am a big customer of the five below in Daphne. Well upon arriving and walking through the doors I noticed a really bad smell coming through the door. It smelled like something had died. I asked the cashier's what it was and they honestly did not know. I bought a bag of Cheetos for my son and immediately returned it because something had already eaten out it. The cashier and manager were amazing they apologized sincerely and gave me my refund. As I was standing at the register I saw a rat climb from the ceiling and another one run into the pillows. I love this store and want to continue to be a valued customer but they have a serious rat problem.

UNREAL customer service. We buy 60 basketball for our program yearly and they are normally deflated. All the boys were already blown up, but they went the extra mile and deflated them for me and even reach out to another location to make sure I had all the balls I needed. TY TY TYYYYYYYY!!

They got rid of some people who had nasty attitudes during my last visit and got a chance to speak with the new manager he was so nice and kind as my perverious experience almost cause me not to shop there again but honestly im very happy i stop back in..

Got to store on a Saturday at 1010 not open. Came back at 1050 still not open no sign on the door or anything. Horrible way to run a business. Had a line and multiple people looking through windows plus called the store nobody answers.
Store hours say they open at 10:00.
