Not very friendly and said they were nearly 3 weeks out on scheduling for an oil change... If asked if I could get on a waitlist for an earlier appointment they just told me to call back everyday.

Waited 25 minutes on hold before speaking with a human in the service department. I have one operable headlight in my 2023 g70 and they told me they could service my vehicle a week from now, which sounds a little dangerous to me. I asked if they could pick up my vehicle and bring me a loaner as I have been told that is standard procedure for genesis owners but i guess I will never know because the service advisor hung up on me.

I'm here to say thank you to Michelle , my service coordinator now several times and Hayden, the tech for fitting my car in. I know yall stay busy and yall still get it done. Really do appreciate it and know your kindness does not go unnoticed.

Was really hoping to purchase a vehicle from them but the car they have advertised the owners daughter is driving then the other one they couldn’t work with the price at all then the other genesis ran are credit and they don’t share info so be careful on witch dealer runs your credit update we got the g70 from them will never purchase another vehicle from them the service department is far the worst out there you pay for a top notch car and get buy here pay services

Excellent staff from the receptionist all the way up to the owner. My wife and I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. We came from Chattanooga to purchase this vehicle and we were meet with kindness from the first entry into the dealership to the time we left. All of the management staff came and greeted us up to and including the owner. We were done with the paperwork in under 20 minutes. Justin, Darrick and Sid were wonderful in taking care of us. I wish this dealership was in Chattanooga. Darrick went over the operating details of the car with my wife and I until we understood all of the bells and whistles. Thank you so much Team. It will not be forgotten. We are absolutely loving our new car.

I test drove the Genesis GV80 and it exceeded all of my expectations. The dealership is clean, people are very friendly and eager to meet your needs. I worked with Joey for most of my experiences at Eastern Shore. He is a certified Genesis dealer and knows all about the Genesis line. He is so nice and was pleasant to conversate with. I went to a few other dealerships but ended up going back to Eastern Shore. They have a huge selection of the Genesis line and they have Joey. The other dealerships I went to didnt have a certified Genesis rep and frankly, you could seriously tell. I knew more about the GV80 then they did. I bought a 2023 Genesis GV80 2.5T Prestige model in Himalayan gray with black leather interior, the showroom model. I wanted the 2.5T because of the gas savings. I am beyond elated to have this vehicle! I ended up closing the deal with Woody, who by the way is AMAZING! He went "to bat" for me with things I had asked for and was able to help meet my needs. Joel, who was on duty that day as the Manager was so friendly and made me feel confident with my purchase! He helped make my dreams come true! Also, a special thanks to Lucas who helped give me a different perspective to test drive other models in both the Hyundai and Genesis line making sure the Genesis was the right model for me. He is highly knowledable and very kind! Go to Eastern Shore Genesis to buy a car!

Ask for Woody! Patient and friendly service. He's knowledgeable about the products and services.After six months of ownership, I have visited the service department twice. The first took 25 days to get the tire replaced with little to no communication. The second was the first maintenance appointment. The scheduling of the appointment was the disappointing factor. Scheduled through the app and the car for pickup and drop off service. On the 4th attempt, I just took it in and waited 2 hours for completion. After inquiry, I was told the app doesn't communicate with the dealership and would have to call my salesperson to setup concierge/ valet service. This is highly disappointing since this was a big reason for purchasing the vehicle. You only purchase the vehicle once but the service department is where you go as long as you own the vehicle. We are off to a challenging start.
