Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. On the app said they had 13 of the Milwaukee batteries in stock asked one of the workers she glanced at the app and said nope we don’t have those. Myself and family walked around and found them on an end cap with a large sign and everything. You can’t seem to get any help in this location as the workers would rather play on their phones.

I hate to write this because I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at Home Depot but obviously something has changed. Also, I usually don't go through the hastle of price matching unless there is a substantial difference (which today there was). I walked to the customer service desk and asked them to price match an impact wrench from Amazon. The home depot website says they will price match ANY retailer (online or brick and morter) aside from a few exclusions (Amazon wasn't one of them). She went on to tell me that Home Depot can't list every retailer that's excluded. Um, if you can't price match Amazon, the biggest retailer in the world, it should be listed in the exclusions section of your website or posted SOMEWHERE. Especially if your policy is to price match ANY retailer. What a joke! I've never had a problem the few times I've price matched Amazon over the years. This is the exact reason Amazon is killing these outdated brick and morter stores. Walked out of the store without buying anything and immediately placed my order on Amazon. The rest of the items I needed I'll buy from Ace. At least they have great service. Good riddance Home Depot!

For the love….DON’T GET A FLOORING ESTIMATE HERE!!!! They will constantly harass you! Emails, phone calls and text messages following up on your estimate & trying to schedule an install date. I’ve blocked numerous phone numbers and yet they continue to harass me. I called and told the flooring department we went with another company and to remove my info. Better Business Bureau needs to be aware of what’s going on. Extremely unprofessional! We will no longer give you any of our business.

Terrible experience today looking for 12 gauge wire. The associate said it was $1.62 per ft. I asked her if this was correct because Lowe’s has it for $.80 per ft. She said well looks like you need to go to Lowe’s then. That’s exactly what I did and will never spend a dime in Home Depot again.

Home Depot couldn't install appliance.
Install date changed.
Appliance damaged.
Going on 3 weeks. Still no dishwasher. Customer service has been terrible Refund low. I finally regested 100% refund and return of rhe appllianc e that is now sitting in my kitchen unable to use.
Appliance installation is a scam at Home Depot. Buy local. Support small business.
