They are one of the best technician i have ever see, I went there to replace the tensioner of my 2014 Lexus ES350. I forgot his name , the guy who have fixed that like his own car , he stand the full 3 hours to done this job , He is my grandfather age , i really respect him. I will highly suggest if any one have toyota , Lexus , or Honda brand Vehicle, you can go over there . I wish you would be so happy with their service. Also forgot to say they are reliable.

I have been taking my old pick up, a 96 Chevy, to Jones over the past couple of years. They are great about doing a diagnostic, calling you to confer about the proposed repairs, and garnering your concurrence, along with providing you an estimate for cost.
I find these guys reliable and honest.

Always listen to and care for their customers. Not overpriced but they sure do the job. Knowledge is top notch. Couldn’t ask for a better person to trust our transportation to.

Awesome Auto Repair Shop. We have a 2004 Ford Expedition 5.4 liter. Called several Auto Repair shops to let them know my concerns and asked if they'd take a look at it. Long story short, I ended up calling them back 4 weeks in a row, still I was told to call them back in about a week. My wife and I was out for a drive, saw Jones Auto Repair. Called them and Jim said bring it in. What makes them so awesome are the owners and workers. Jim (the owner) is so down to earth, honest and has a great sense of humor. The two other mechanic(s) Arthur and Lane are no different. SUV did in fact need a new motor (Knocking/Rattle during acceleration/deceleration). Lane recommended where I could get one. Expedition runs like new once again, and the work was done sooner than expected. Can't forget Mrs. Jones, very kind and sweet lady, always kept me updated and spoke with kindest voice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... Quinn
