Dave is always super helpful over the last 4.5 yrs I’ve been learning to care for my pool. Now that Tyler is on the team, they are just a dynamic duo! I Allen for help recently and Tyler was so precessional, courteous and so very helpful. He explained everything I needed in terms I could understand, and I paid a visit later that day to pick up his recommendations. He also helped me to select a Polaris cleaner that fits my needs, which I plan to purchase soon. Tyler and Dave are truly huge assets to the Leslie’s team and I’d be lost without them!

Came today looking to replace my filter basket and get a new suction plate. The gentleman working got me fixed up in a jiffy and I was out the door in a flash. Knowledgeable, fast and friendly service; what more can you ask for. A+

Love this pool store. Dave is wonderful and always teaches me something. I use the test results with a grain of intelligence now and am careful with Alkalinity up or other additives beyond Muriatic Acid and chlorine to be sure I’m not just buying chemicals. But Dave has never steered me wrong.
Now the in store testing is available at home too!! I’m using it and here are my thoughts.
This program is wonderful! Free essentially, since you don’t pay for the license an of th equipment? And the $50 it costs monthly is a credit n your account to apply towards chemicals I would be buying anyway. I have an 18,000 gal ozone pool and bought most of my chemical needs for the year in the spring, but I keep a FROG in my pool skimmer basket which needs replacing every 3 months and usually runs around 150-165. This program costs me around $15.00 monthly only because I love thr accurate computerized testing better than the home test kits now so u test twice weekly, and you use 1 test disk when ch you fill with water for each test. 1 - 5pk costs $8, so I use roughly 8-10 a month.
The testing is super simple, gives me all th window the in store test does without the inconvenience of driving to the store and waiting.
It’s great and I hope they keep it forever!!

What I experienced today was not at all what the positive reviews said. Dave the general manager was rude from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I did get my pool water tested but had no confidence in any recommendations due to the management being very short with me. I purchased a bottle of phosphate treatment, some phosphate test strips and some filters. Dave was unwilling to give me any testing advice and I went home unprepared to test for phosphate. Very disappointed and will likely no be returning. The worst part is he had me give my name, address, email and phone number in order to make a purchase. Now they have my info and I won’t be coming back.

Spent $6,000+ dollars in this store over the last year and my brand new $2,000 pull pump goes out. It took them 2 trips, and 6 weeks to get my pool back up and running.

Dave (the general manager) is a real j*** - not just once, almost every time I’ve shopped at this Leslie’s. If you get the lady that works there she’s really nice but Dave sighs, & seems generally irritated to have customers. Also BUYER BEWARE Dave is a stickler for their 30 DAYS NO REFUNDS policy - you’ll be stuck your with your purchase “no exceptions”. Of course pools are seasonal so sometimes you don’t get around to using the stuff you buy there but I try to take something back after 40 days and absolutely no way would they have it.
