If i could give this location less than 1 star to make this review, i would. I had a dead car battery tonight and had a friend jump me off so I could get my battery replaced. When I got there I had a man test my battery, and then without even looking at the computer or consulting a supervisor he told me that he can’t do anything to help me because of the year of my car (2020 Hyundai). He said my only option was go to the dealership.Thankfully another customer saw that I was upset and told me that this location has a reputation for not helping their customers and advised me to go up the road to Auto Zone.An employee at Auto Zone was able to replace my battery in less than 10 mins. Save yourself some time and go anywhere but here if you need auto parts. Clearly they dont know how, or don’t want to help customers at O’Reilly’s in Daphne

Horrible experience will never be back they sell poor products then don't stand behind them, one person that works there is completely incompetent and rude which makes it bad for everyone else who isn't and actually knows their jobs.Bought a bad battery said battery was good but took had tested battery only a year old also bad. I don't care if it's free I will never shop anywhere that says O'Reilly's again.

Excellent service! My engine light came on almost in front of O'Reilly's Auto parts so I pulled in went inside and ask for help. A gentleman came outside with a machine and found some codes... he told me my gas cap was not on tight enough. That fix my problem!!! Thank you O'Reilly's... you customer representative saved me a $95 service fee that the dealership would have charged me for the same procedure!!!

Needed a check engine light checked and the young man that helped was terrific.He let me get screen shots of the codes and even looked up their meanings for us.

I needed to replace the TPMS sensors on the truck, so called around checking price and availability, I placed my order online and picked them the next morning. Overall, the process was pretty straightforward and easy. I had paid online also, so when I stopped to pick up, I just gave them my name and had the email receipt ready. They retrieved the parts and sent me on my way in less than 5 minutes.

This location has absolutely inaccurate battery testing!! My car gave me trouble starting. The employee tested my battery and assured me that my battery is good. My car kept giving me trouble starting, so assuming it must be sensors or something else, I drove to the dealership 45 miles away. The dealership tested everything and the results of testing - battery is bad, need new one!

Worst customer service ever! They don’t stand behind there products! Very rude and don’t try to speak to a district manager and call the number on the door because it just goes to the location and the guy you have the problem with says oh we’ll leave a message for the next time he comes here he’ll get the message yeah right literally watched him throw the number in the trashcan! Never ever again!

Somehow I have always chose O'Reilly before their competition. Today I had a pleasure meeting one of the Daphne O'Reilly managers. I was treated with respect, people who I talked to were caring and knowledgeable. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Pulled our trailer into Maeher State Park and unhooked. When we went back to the truck we had no power and realized our alternator had quit. Called O'Reilly's and manager Sage found the part and offered to bring it to us. We know there are great businesses and people in the world and this is another example. Thanks so much for the excellent service.
