I tried to polish and wax my brand new black ram 1500 that had some swirls in it and I made it so much worse. I didn’t know what to do so I came into the store to learn what they could do and what I did wrong. Carson and Christain stopped what they were doing to teach me all about their work and took a lot of time to answer my questions. After seeing examples of their work and learning more about what goes into a ceramic coat, I was in. Plus I didn’t know what to do because I felt like I couldn’t even look at my truck without scratching it. The finished product blew me away. My truck looked 10x better than brand new off the lot. Not only all the paint but all the chrome and plastics were in a better condition I thought possible. These guys are professionals and had fantastic costumer service that I appreciated. Go check them out.

Ramsey Auto Pros did a great job detailing and ceramic coating my black Chevy Silverado. It had severe water spots baked into the paint that needed to be buffed out. It was really questionable whether or not the water spots could be fully removed. But after obvious hard work on their part, none can be seen anymore. The guys at Ramsey Auto Pros seem to really care about their customers and their craft. They definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to restoring a slightly neglected vehicle back to looking beyond new! They are most certainly pros! My wife’s little black Audi is next!
10/31/25 UPDATE:
Just had my wife’s Audi Q5 ceramic coated by Ramsey’s Auto Pros. Again, they did not disappoint. This one too had a few water spots in the paint and windows due to the yard sprinklers at my house. But Christian worked his skills getting this car to shine like never before. These guys know what they’re doing when it comes to detailing and ceramic coating. They’re easy to work with and take the time to do the job right. You won’t be dissatified!

Ramsey did an excellent job on my Porsche 911. They did some paint repair one a few chips and a scrape, added PPF on the front end and did a full ceramic coating. They were on time, did great work, communicated well the whole time, and charged appropriately for the work. I will be happy to use them again in the future.

Carson was very sweet! I needed my car cleaned last minute and he immediately offered for me to come in and clean it! It was super quick. In and out in 10 minutes and he did a great job! I highly recommend! Super reasonably priced services!

I came to visit family in Alabama and noticed damage on the roof of the rental that I believe must have happened when it was valet parked. I panicked. I called Ramsey Auto Pros and spoke to Carson. He was the sweetest and told me to bring it right down and he would help me out. Carson made it look brand new again and when I went to pay him he said it was his pleasure to help and wouldn’t accept a penny. Not only is this place superb but the people are amazing!
