DO NOT RECOMMEND!Over priced! under experienced!I spent close to 3k on a ceramic coating on my vehicle that yes they completed in less then 24 hours witch is unheard of, almost as they did not do any prep work before coating when I got my vehicle back there were multiple areas that were missed that I found after arriving back home 1 1/2 hour away when I called to ask them about this issues they agreed to fix it, but after seeing that my vehicle did not even have a difference with swirls now a 6 year coating on top of it I was very unpleased. After that I didn’t get any response from this company please save your money and go else where.Service: Auto detailing

Carson and his team did a fantastic job on my Tacoma. The PPF was carefully cut and the attention to detail in the outcome exceeded my expectations. After I hired him for a full front PPF job, I lightly scraped the corner of my bumper on a rusty metal object. The PPF was the only part that was damaged, leaving the paint underneath fully intact. I returned my truck to RAMZ after the minor accident and Carson gladly replaced the corner with new PPF for a very reasonable fee. Carson was eager to address my concerns and to answer all of my questions throughout the entire process. You can rest assured Carson and his team will take very good care of you and your vehicle.

Couldn't be happier with the ceramic coating Carson and his team did. They were able to get me in on short notice and the finished work on my new truck looks fabulous. The ceramic coating and the hood protection film all turned out better than expected. They delivered my truck when promised and went the extra mile to walk around the truck with me and make sure I was happy with the work. I was and am!! I have no problem recommending them to anyone wanting a professional and conscientious ceramic coating on their car or truck.

Like doing business on the Facebook marketplace. I scheduled to have a detail done at 11am. At the time of confirmation they said they won’t make it until 1pm, which I agreed to. Come 2pm on the day of service, they have still not arrived or even attempted to contact me. I had to contact them only for them to tell me they can’t make until later in the day (when I was unavailable) and I needed to reschedule. Given that they stood me up and didn’t even attempt to contact me about needing to reschedule, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Outstanding small business focused on delivering an amazing service.Carson, the owner knows his business and his product. I contacted him for a ceramic coating on a new vehicle. I had done my research regarding ceramic coatings. They are not a cheap product so I wanted to ensure anyone I used knew the product better than I did. Carson did not disappoint. As soon as I started asking questions, I quickly realized I was speaking to an expert. Carson completely “nerded out” about the ceramic coating product and process for a vehicle. He knew every fact and figure I had learned and then proceeded to educate me further. I was sold. I took my brand new 2024 vehicle to him for a ceramic coating.During my research, I saw on his website, multiple high end boats, RV’s, trucks and cars that had used his service. They all looked spectacular.On pickup of our vehicle, he had a $80K Mustang in his shop that had used multiple services and it looked GORGEOUS.My wife was blown away with the appearance of her 2024 CRV Sport Touring Hybrid. The reflection looked 5 foot deep and the surface felt like lubricated glass.I would refer to Carson and his team as Artisans - as they are at the top of their art form. They are a small team who obviously truly care about their craft.I immediately booked him to work on all my other vehicles if that speaks to my impression.For auto, boat, RV, truck or specialty vehicle detail or ceramic coating in the Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope area, RAMZ Detail is outstanding.They even offer mobile detailing!I love supporting small business and these guys are truly top notch.Services: Clay bar treatment

I booked the level 2 exterior service on a new vehicle which was supposed to come with a spray ceramic wax that suposedly lasts 6-12 months. They washed my car 7/17 and when I washed it on 7/29 the water had already stopped beading on 90% of my car. While I didn't expect 6 months, 12 days is WILD. The only place on my car that is still beading is the hood and the top. I paid $115 plus tip for a regular car wash (which is fine, BUT it isn't what I asked for LOL).UPDATE: The company did reach out to rewash my car after review was posted. Review and rating revised. The guys did an awesome job with taking special car to my truck. My truck had alot of bugs from traveling across country. It was so many bugs, I didn't think it was possible to get off. They used everything they could to make my truck have that brand new feel from when I first bought it. I was so amazed on how the truck turned out. Ramz will always have me as a customer.
