I love my neighborhood Regions Branch in Daphne. The wait time is always reasonable and I like that I can get almost everything done at the Teller's window. I passed the branch in Fairhope (no reflection on them) because I feel like I know the reps in the Daphne office.

Banking is very slow..... International transfers take a long time to show at least "pending".People are friendly at the bank, which is not their fault of the charging fees and stuff.

When I go to bank I get excellent service. To call them is another story. They rarely answer the phone. It doesn't matter how many of the branch numbers I call ?
