This store is very clean and the staff was very professional I went in for hair color and was very pleased at how I was treated these days it's hard to find such professionalism I was and am very impressed with Sally's beauty and there staff!! Especially the nice little red head! That smile thanks Sally's beauty! You got a 10 in my book!! Go see terra at Sally's in Daphne!!!!

My absolutely go to store! Great staff, They are always present and quick to assist. Store is always well stocked and very clean. Terra always knows exactly what I need. Recommend this store to everyone !!

the woman told us to get a dye and told us exactly what to do, she also specifically said “it will not fry your hair”, we did exactly what she said. my friend’s hair is completely fried and we had to cut 5 inches off because it was completely dead.

Every time I go to this location, there is a sign on the door that says temporarily closed. Last time I’ve been there was about three months ago the door said the same thing. I had gotten there around two or three the first time and around four the second time in each time the store is closed when it still says they’re open till six online. First time I figured they may just be understaffed and just closed early, but it’s three months later and still says the same thing.

I’ve been there 2 days in a row. Saturday, and Sunday. Drove from Robertsdale. 1st day there was a sign. “closed till 1:50” Next day there was another sign. “Temporary Closed” not sure what’s going on, but get it together.

employee was loudly gossiping on the phone (the few customers that were in there heard everything about the situation’s “dried, dead and frizzy hair”). it ended up taking a few minutes for her to even know i was at the counter. when it came time to check me out, before she even started scanning anything or looking at what i was buying, she was criticizing everything about my hair. reference, i’m in the process of repairing my curls. immediately, it was extremely condescending and she tried to give me “advice”, but ended up contradicting herself twice. she didn’t even have hair to begin with so what would she know anyway.

The youngest employee with the pink hair was so friendly and asked me did I need any help then left me alone which I truly appreciate as a black woman in any type of beauty supply store really. The place is very well stocked and clean from what I see. Pretty affordable bleaching and developer products compared to other Sally’s I’ve been to!

Walking in the store, I had no idea what I was looking for and needed some serious help. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at home, from the welcome in to the thank you and have a great rest of your day. They took the time to actually listen and showed me the products I would need, while giving me several options. The staff was very professional and helpful. They told me about all the 4 for $20.00 sales and helped me with the selection. I will definitely be back and do all my haircare purchases with them.!Thank you to the amazing staff and the manager, Sonja❤️

The staff at the Daphne store are very helpful. They go out of their way to assist you in finding what you need and making suggestions if you are not sure which product to purchase. Special shout out to ASH. She is exceptional. So sweet, professional, and helpful. I always hope she is there when I visit the store.

I just want to say that it was my first time going into Sally’s to get some gel polish and some nail art tools I had no idea where to go or what I was looking for until a beautiful young lady named Ruby came up and asked me if there was anything she could help me with right away and she was phenomenal I appreciate her so much I look forward to doing much more business with Sally’s here in Daphne Alabama thank you Ruby for doing such a wonderful job and being so sweet
