I’ve been trying for a month to open an account. First I had to wait for people who already had an account to bring their clothes, then I got the ok to open account 2 weeks later. I brought things yesterday and she wouldn’t take it because I didn’t have them on hangers. She said to bring back today on hangers so I did. Today I had to wait for the sales person to get off the phone. Then she rejected my items because I didn’t bring in 10 items and they were no longer taking pants or knits as they were full. I took my things to a place in Foley and they took them all!

I always pop in when I have time and usually find something fantastic. There is usually only one employee but she is super helpful when I need her. Good selection of items and love that they sort by color and size especially when I need something specific. Prices are very reasonable.

I walked in and was not greeted with a welcome or even a glance. The store had nice things but the atmosphere made it seem like I did not meet the tax bracket that made it worth their time to notice I was there. I walked in a hoodie and jeans. ... She was nice and noticed I was there after a few seconds of being on her phone. .. I almost put the scarf back. I was in there less than 3 minutes. I would not recommend this place.

I've been a client and a customer for several years. Always feel appreciated and welcome. Highly recommend Second Edition Daphne over any other consignment store. Quality items in great condition. New jewelry and accessories are beautiful.
