If someone comes to you about your air machine outside saying it's broken, it's broken. Don't just say "well no one else has complained". Things break. The lady at the desk when I came in to ask early on 2/1/2024 to assist my mother in law with her low tire pressure was rude and dismissive. Furthermore, the machine is labeled 5 minutes for $2 and doesn't say don't do any lesser amount as it won't turn on. So when I questioned if I can get my $0.75 back, it wasn't because I'm broke and need it. It's about the integrity of the service that is supposedly offered here. My suggestion is this place doesn't give a crap about your business so give it to someone else. :) we did!

Pumps don’t work. They act like you’re the one supposed to fix it. Waste of time.

Ok the pizza is good the worker has been nice the times I have been there they shut their pizza down at 6 though

clearly online it says 10pm. that's cool your employees pick and choose when they wanna take customers. she sure did let her black friends in the store tho. racist b***** no problem. you won't get s*** from this white b***** one star because i had to.

The vacuums in the back took my 2 dollars and I have to file a refund claim on line to get my money back because the store has nothing to do with the machines on their property. Sad and ridiculous.

Can we change the name to Daphne Snail? These are the SLOWEST pumps in all of Baldwin County! They NEVER seem to have paper in the receipt machine and it takes 20 minutes to pump 10 gallons of gas.

I wouldn't even leave 1 star but zero isn't an option with google. Worst attitudes, incompetency with regards to speaking to another PERSON!!! Called the police on my fiance because he has medical orders not to wear a mask!!! According to the ADA (incase your are the incompetent one, American's with Disability Act) he went in, while no other customers were in there only for a single cup of coffee. He had already fixed his coffee and the manager rudely started yelling at him about not having a mask. If this is a private company, you reserve the right to refuse anyone however....there is a way to approach people in an appropriate manner. Your rude, unprofessional attitude and incompetent behavior seems to be catching on to the public. Educate yourselves and learn some freaking manners! Our attorney has already been notified of the treatment of a man with a disability!!!! Anyone else want to join in on the liability lawsuit?
