I absolutely love anything from sleep number! I told my husband all I wanted for my birthday was two of their pillows and of course their sheets. I would buy every color if they matched my rooms aesthetic lol Jesse is the one who took care of us and the other staff were super pleasant as well :) I’m sending all my friends!

What I love about my Sleep Number... Nothing, absolutely nothing. If I could go back to February of 2023 and stop myself from purchasing the i8, I would. I never found a comfortable sleep number, my bed kept losing air which I recently had to pay $215 to replace the air pump. That was a waste of money because now I am sleeping on my old Tempur-Pedic. I have finally been waking up feeling refreshed instead of being so sore I could barely walk. These are nothing but glorified blow up mattresses and is one of my major regrets because these things are EXPENSIVE!!

Blocks me on all social media for warning people about the terrible customer service / products.
No worries. I will continue to tell people everywhere i go. Outside Sleep Number Stores, social gatherings etc . they will read the terrible practices of SN at my funeral as the cold ground will be more comfortable than a SN bed.
The 30 day trial period is deceptive and sleep number purposely uses deceptive marketing to trick you into thinking it’s hassle free return if you don’t like their product. You can return the mattress BUT not to the store that delivered it. You have to pay nearly $300(amount not specified in contract) to have it picked up by them then shipped to a factory up north. And the 3k bed frame you bought for the bed ? Nope. Stuck with it as it’s none refundable.
Shame on me for not reading the fine print but shame on sleep number for terrible customer service and deceptive marketing
I tell anyone who is reading this , don’t pay this ridiculous amount for an over hyped air mattress. You will join the thousands on Facebook groups who were scorned by sleep number

We had a great experience at the Sleep Number Daphne Alabama Store ! ! Rosie helped us when we went to the store the first time. We were chatting with Nathan online and wanted to go to the store to check out the bed and that is when Rosie helped us. After making our decision on which bed we were going to purchase we went back to the store 3 days later and that is when Matt helped us and placed the order for us. ALL 3 of these employees helped us tremedously ! ! I only wish they all could have benefited in the commission. Nathan on the chat room was great ! ! And then Rosie and Matt were great as well ! !

Drive on down to the US 90 Daphne Sleep Number store and get you a Sleep Number bed! Tyler was so professional and knowledgeable about the bed products, and what would be right for me. These beds are a bit costly, but you get what you pay for--quality and comfort.

Do NOT buy from the website!! The level of incompetence from the on-line 'store' is astounding! Matt , from the Daphne location - even though he received no commission - spent two hours on the phone with me helping me set up the controls of my new bed. I cannot speak highly enough of him. Thanks Matt.

Matt was very helpful working with us as we tried several different mattresses before settling on one. We have had our present sleep number for 26 years. I would recommend the Daphne Sleep Number store and a sleep number bed to anyone.

I was told by sales person, that I could return one of my pillows, because it broke down real bad. After returning to the store, the other sales person said he was mistaken, I had to call customer service, I argued the fact, but called customer service, left a return call back, and never received a call back.I will never recommend this store, or products- over priced, not worth the hassle.
