“Fast” turned into an 80-minute wait. Refused to give personal info since I knew I wouldn’t return, and was told they wouldn’t change my oil without it. Then blamed understaffing as if my expectation shouldn’t be “fast”. If it’s not actually “Fast”, stop advertising it that way. I understand it can be hard to staff. Letting customers sit in line for over a hour before giving them a chance to vote on whether or not they want to wait the longer than normal time doesn’t seem like a management who cares about the customer experience. Won’t be back.

The 2 service guys were awesome!!! So polite, friendly, and well mannered!!! I was from out of town (100 miles away) and my car started smoking. Stopped by to put some water in it but they insisted that they look under the hood and check it out for me. They were incredible!!!

I won't be back! I waited almost 30 mins just to get in a Bay. Then I was in the Bay itself for another 35 minutes. To top it off, i asked them to check and put air in tires and they failed to complete this task until I was ready to pull out of bay and I had to remind them to put air in tires. Other vehicles in the other bays waited so long that they decided to leave due to facility taking so long per vehicle.
Very dissatisfied with this facility!

I pulled in mid morning and was directed into middle bay. 3 or 4 employees working on the only car in bay 1 with kids singing and carrying on. Kind of unprofessional as a business owner myself. Sat for 12 minutes without anyone touching my car until finally a young lady came over and started giving me prices for oil change. I was not impressed with the pricing or the fact she was pushing towards the most expensive so I left. Went down the road and got precision to do synthetic oil at half the price. I will not be back to take 5 mainly cause they took 12.

Waited for an hour in the bay while the employees stood around listening to music and joking with each other. No one even started on my oil change. Got told “just a few more minutes” several times before getting fed up and leaving
