My husband and I recently went to Tameron Honda to trade in my 2010 Subaru and look for a new vehicle. Our salesman, Hunter, was absolutely wonderful and found us a vehicle within our price range that exceeded our expectations. I ended up purchasing a 2024 Honda CR-V and could not happier with the decision. Thank you, Tameron Honda!

Thought I had found a the ideal place to get my car serviced but to my surprise I experienced unfair and deceptive practices during my last encounter.I took my vehicle in for service based on an quoted cost of $1,859.38. I verified this several times with the service advisor. The price is on the original documents, it was told to me when I made the appointment and the day of the service. However, upon retrieving my vehicle after a very prolonged waiting period, l was given a bill with an exorbitant amount of $2,580.44. This sudden increase in charges, which amounted to $721.06 more than the initially agreed-upon amount, was both unexpected and distressing.Furthermore, despite discussions between the service representative and multiple consultations with the manager, the revised price was still unjustifiably high at $2,214.39. This situation left me feeling exploited and deeply dissatisfied with the service rendered.I received a text asking was I satisfied with the service I received and I said "No!" They then replied and asking if I wanted I manager to call me. I replied saying that the issue was discussed with the manager and he was the one who made the final decision but if that was what needed to happen, go ahead. I missed the call but later contacted the manager "Ken" via phone to follow up. He stated " yeah, your part went up significantly while it was on backorder, that's why you were charged a different amount BUT we sent a check in the mail to you for the difference on last week." I asked what address it was sent to because I had not received a check, Ken correctly stated my address and said it was in the amount of $168.00. Ken called back a few minutes later and stated there in fact was not a check mailed or cut for me, he told me that was a mistake although he verified my name and address when asked initially. This is absolutely unacceptable.Please be careful when getting services done at this place. They will quote you one price several times and when you return to retrieve your vehicle, they up the price and your left with no choice. They didn't so much as offer a few complimentary oil changes or car wash for the lies, inconvenience and deceptive practices. BEWARE!

From the time I walked into the service dept. everyone was courteous and helpful, listened to my issues with the vehicle and took care to get it back to the techs to find out what needed to be done. Thank you all ! Tameron Honda is the best!!!

AVOID TAMERON HONDA AT ALL COSTS!!!Let me start off by saying I had no problems with my salesperson, Nora. She was nice and pleasant. However, Nora and I could not able to negotiate the sale. I was trading in my 2020 Honda Accord and the offer Tameron gave me was below KBB value. Nora and I went back and forth twice with negotiations. We were unable to come to an agreement. Fine, no problem. Nora says I MAY be able to get you the price you are asking for but in order for me to do that, I would have to call the general manager on his off day and get this approved. She goes on to say before I call him, I need a commitment from you that you will buy this vehicle. My response was you do not have to call your general manager, we do not need to continue going back and forth with negotiates, I'll come back some other time if I decide to buy this vehicle. Nora got up to get my key from the appraiser, but instead returned with the most IMMATURE, DISRESPECTFUL, man child I have ever dealt with, the sales manager, DAVID GALBRAITH. He plops down in from of me, does not introduce himself, doesn't greet me, instead he aggressively says "do you want this car or not." I said as I told Nora, this is a want, not a need and if we can't come to an agreement, no big deal. He YELLS, "you've been here for over an hours wasting my salesperson's time, either you want the car or you don't." I tell him I do not like your tone or the way you are speaking to me. It was my understanding that Nora was retrieving my car keys so I don't even know why you are here. I said please give me my keys so that I can leave. He YELLS at Nora, " Get her her keys, get her keys so she can leave." He then gets up, SNATCHES the negotiation paper off the table, balls it up, and motions it in the air like is about to shoot a 3 pointer. I tell Nora that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Her response was that is just the way he is, he speaks to everyone in that manner.I guess he gets results by BULLYING people and I'm willing to bet my last dollar which specific type of people he targets. I don't know what was more disturbing to me, the fact that he acted this way towards me and in front of everyone or that Tameron Honda allows this type of behavior from its employees, and a so called manager at that!

The team at Honda always take care of my handicapped modified van. They treat me (wheelchair user) with respect. We have been getting our cars serviced at Tameron Honda Eastern Shore AL for 16 years because of the exceptional service, personal touch, and excellent service care for our 2 cars. love them!

All the employees I met with were the best. They treated me (and my time) well. They really made me feel like they wanted to help me get the best deal on my car. I enjoyed working with James, Austin, and Bob (the financing guy). Very professional and they do not waste your time. I'm a happy first timer!

Tameron Service is exceptional. Not only did they complete regular servicing in an expeditious manner, they also took care of tire needs to make sure I was road ready for a trip with my grandson. I feel safe and secure in my car because of the expertise of Tameron. I would award them a sky full of stars if I could.

Me and my fiancé went looking for a family car. We found what seemed like a great car. Traded in my truck for this vehicle. Now a few months in it’s shaking and trying to change gears while driving. Tameron has been no help in helping us fix this issues even just finding a certified ford dealership who can fix this car. Our wedding is in 30 days. We’re unable to get to work and we will have no car for our honeymoon. This has been the worst experience trading in a vehicle. I highly do NOT recommend trading in your vehicle here or doing any business here. Once they get the sale they will be no help to you whatsoever if anything happens. We did purchase a warranty! If they would be willing to even talk to us and help us we wouldn’t be writing this review.

Salesman was very good and knowledgable. But the sales/finance manager, Austin, is a shady con-artist and I’m glad we dodged a bullet with them. Vehicle was listed with a price online, with a red line through it, indicating you’ll get a better price when you come in. That’s merely an underhanded tactic to get you in the door and make you feel trapped. The actual sales price was the full visible price online, plus a $750 fee for not financing it there, plus a doc fee of $899. Don’t fall for the “red-line” scam, and don’t bother going to Tameron Honda unless you want to pay much more than a vehicle is worth.

Jesse did amazing! Saw and bought the car of my dreams!! going in not really having too much of an idea on what vehicle I wanted but only a price range. Got my car traded in for more than I was expecting and the car of my dreams able to fit into my price range. Smooth transaction and drove happy! Isn’t she beautiful!!!?

I am so happy that I went to Tameron Honda. Everyone was so professional and nice, and my overall experience was so good. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured at all. My salesperson, Ashley Seaman, was the absolute best. I can't say enough great things about her. She made my car buying experience so easy and she let me make my own decisions; she was never pushy and always focused her attention on me the entire time and made sure I was happy. I highly recommend Tameron Honda and I would not go anywhere else.

Recently moved to Spanish Fort and tried out this Honda dealership for several fixes for our Honda Odyssey. Customer service (Andrew) was absolutely fantastic. They kept me informed constantly of the status of the vehicle, it was fixed ahead of the planned completion time (great and quick female mechanic, forgot her name, sorry), and came in under the price they quoted. Will definitely come back again for any Honda repairs!

Do NOT make promises you do not honor!!! How do I know you will have the parts and etc to complete the task in 8 hrs if you can not coordinate your loaner cars? I drove over an hour to take my car for service and recall. They were suppose to have a loaner car for me to drive. Get here and NO loaner car.The service department is to THE MOST important department!!!Once you make the sell this is what is most important to protect your investment.I am so disappointed in the Honda service department. Never have I had such unprofessional service. I asked to speak to the service manager he did not come out to talk with me. Unprofessional!!!! We have owned Hondas for decades!!! Sad day!!!!
