Tabitha greeted me with a warm and generous smile.She was very knowledgeable about the property , and went above and beyond answering all of my questions. She was very helpful. Tell Us Self Storage should be very proud to have someone with good people skills , kind , and respectful working for them. She didn't know it, but I had been through Hell and High waters, and back again! But she really made my day!

The best storage facility in the area! The manager is so helpful, patient, and kind. Also, the access gate ALWAYS WORKS!!! That's a bonus for me, because it makes me feel safe and secure when I have to access my unit.

I was really happen with the site manager who took the time to make sure I got the correct size unit. She also made sure that the free use of the truck for checkin was available. I would recommend this site to use based on both price and service provided.

My experience with Carol has always been extraordinary. She has always been super helpful and very professional. I first came to Carol for help last year and she helped in so many ways. She let us know that a free truck rental can be included with the rental of a unit. We utilized that benefit and it was sooooo very helpful. It was a true blessing! Carol is a Jewel!

I have been a customer since 2003, having had as many as five units (now two) at one time. Carol Henrikson is one of the most capable, personable managers you have had, although my experience with all since 2003 has been good. I have witnessed her interacting with some of your (shall we say) more difficult customers. Sometimes this is quite stressful for her. Some do not understand that she MUST follow company policy. She is always patient and pleasant, but firm in explaining the company policies as needed. She goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are happy, returning customers. I also know that she does her best to keep the grounds and open units clean. I do hope that your company is able to retain Carol and her husband. She most definitely is an asset to your company. I give Carol a solid 10, for sure.
