Mercedes is awesome! very kind sweet and attentive I came in as a DoorDasher had no idea where any of the products where located that I had to shop for she was very patient with me assisting in finding all the items the customer requested hope to have her again if I get more orders thank you!! 5 stars! ✨

I don’t usually get a lot of help in this store but, I will say when someone approached me finally (I am pretty sure his name was Todd) I had some questions about skincare and he 100% helped me find a great product. I am really happy with his recommendation. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have left without buying anything because I’m really indecisive. I’m just glad he was there to help! 👏🏻

I was the only person in line with 3 cashiers standing behind the counter for an uncomfortable amount of time. Finally one looked up and asked could one of the other two check me out. Then during the transaction I noticed that a Juvia eye pallet I had picked out rang up full price even though the signs indicated that it was half off. I brought it to the cashier’s attention and told her that if I was wrong, it was no problem but she could take it off. I knew I wasn’t wrong because the sign is what drew my attention. There were three and I read them carefully before making my selection. She went over and I saw her peel two of the sale stickers off the shelf and came back and told me that the sale ended December 21st and those should not have been there. Mind you, today is December 29th. She asked me if wanted to take it off and I said yes. I then mentioned that there was one more sign that she didn’t take down and she abruptly cut me off before I could finish the statement and practically shouted OKAY! Then she turned away from me and stood in the same spot at least until I left the store. I was very embarrassed and contemplated returning my items once I got to my car. This is the second time that I have had rude customer service experience in this store. At this point I would drive the extra 30 mins to Foley before I come back to the Daphne location!

Always a long line, even when it’s not the holidays. I mentioned in conversation with the cashier how I excited I was that I happened to see my favorite lip product back in stock the day before. I wanted to buy a gift card the first day that I went in, but the line was too long and I had somewhere to be. I spotted the lip product as I was heading back out and so I decided to do an online order, to grab the next day, as well as go back for the original gift card. She took an attitude with me and said “it’s the holidays, lines are going to be long ma’am.” I wasn’t complaining AT ALL. I was excited and that’s what she took from the convo??…that was uncalled for. And what’s the excuse for the long lines the rest of the year? Also, some of the employees need to have their makeup fixed. I would never take makeup advice from half of them. Sorry, it needed to be said!

Great store. I love the huge selection of so many different brands. The only issue here is the line is sometimes pretty long so you wait a bit to check out. It’s busy which is great because it’s contributing to the town. They do have a lot of cashiers at the counter, but sometimes I’ve waited more than fifteen minutes just standing there.

Kashala R. was working the Benefit Brow Bar when I came in and she did my eyebrows. She did an amazing job and was so kind and personable!! I will definitely be back!

Kashala is a wiz at the benefit brow bar ! She knows exactly how to sculpt my eyebrows to perfection and make me feel beautiful. Great service and very personable. It’s hard trusting anyone with your eyebrows, but Kashala has always been impressionable with her talent!
