We had to get some paperwork notarized. Not only did Zach provide excellent service, he caught a problem between the paperwork and instructions. They required two witnesses but didn't provide the witness lines. Zach very neatly and precisely drew the appropriate lines and got the two witnesses for us. This one paperwork error would have caused so much trouble. Thank you Zach!

I feel like this place is changing. Use to be my go-to to send stuff everywhere. Recently, it seems like it's always a hassle.
When a package was lost, I called UPS, they said to speak directly to the store. I went to the store and had to speak to the manager (owner?). After waiting a while, he asked who was next, so when I approached, I was rudely told that he could not help me, and that I'd have to take it up with UPS, explaining they are not the same Company.
As all this happened during the holidays, I gave the local store another chance recently, and sadly, had a similar experience. I get the same level of unconcerned service from the USPS for a better rate.

My sister and I recently needed to pack and ship some heirloom furniture to the Seattle area. I called seven local UPS stores. Only two said they could do the work, and only Zack at the Daphne store seemed to be enthusiastic about it. Zack and his colleagues did an amazing job of packing the furniture. It arrived on time in the other corner of the country, and was completely undamaged.If you have something cumbersome to ship, call these folks - you'll be glad you did!

My husband was on a business trip and forgot his CPAP machine in his hotel room! Zach was very helpful he called us and got it to Detroit MI by noon the following day! Very friendly and professional!!
