Wildlife such as birds, alligators, and snakes can be seen, especially in spring. The park also includes a small, accessible area with restrooms, picnic tables, and parking. Visitors have enjoyed guided tours and discovering hidden spots like the D'Olive Cemetery and the Jackson Oak. However, some concerns have been raised about safety and comfort due to the presence of a homeless individual who uses the ladies' bathroom and sits on picnic tables. Overall, Village Point Park Preserve is regarded as a charming and noteworthy place to explore nature, history, and scenic views.
Cute very small park with restrooms and easy access parking. Ther is a trail, I'm not going down today, I read it leads to the beach 🏖️. Five stars if I find an electrical outlet.

Beautiful park but homeless guy uses ladies bathroom no one cares he actually lives there and sits on the picnic tables and its super awkward so we don't use this area I think this is why no one does use the picnic gazebo because of him
