I had an extremely bad experience with the Fairhope branch manager, but regained trust with the banker at the daphne branch. I could go on, but all I will say is they need to be more compassionate when dealing with a death in the family.

The drive through is absolutely horrific. It's almost impossible to use the drive through from any vehicle.But particularly a pickup truck. Exiting the drive through, you will almost always hit the curb on one side or the other.
