“We have used Gray's Wetumpka and Prattville stores over the years for a variety of vehicles and services. Most recently, we brought in our new-to-us 2018 Ram truck to the Prattville location for an alignment, and worked with a gentleman at the service desk (unfortunately can't remember his name but he had a tattoo under his left eye). The truck was pulling to the left pretty hard and we just got it, so we wanted them to double check everything. He put it up on the rack and the alignment was dead-on, so he took it on a test drive. He determined it was likely due to the tires. He printed off the alignment machine result and built us some quotes on a few different brands of tires and when we picked up the truck he went over them with us. Didn't charge us for the alignment since the truck didn't need it. The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. If you need an alignment on your car or truck, Gray's will treat you right!”
“Went Saturday to look at a 2024 Nissan Titan. It was exactly what I was looking for and Campbell made the transaction go smoothly with no hidden fees or unnecessary add ons unlike all the other dealerships selling the same vehicle. They were also thousands less than my local dealerships in Georgia. Bonus was they delivered my car to my house over 200 miles one way for free. Highly recommend this dealership!”

“This shop was incredibly easy to work with! I recently damaged the front bumper on my new 2026 truck and called for an estimate. They gave me a fair price right away, and when I mentioned I preferred to pay cash instead of going through insurance, they were completely understanding.

“Great work! Had my starter for a 64 cadillac rebuilt here after I had it rebuilt in texas. The shop in texas didn't do anything they just put a bandaid on it and charged me for a full rebuild, which was $105!! I called Thomas Starter, gave my symptoms, and he immediately knew the problem. The guy is really knowledgeable and rebuilt the entire motor for significantly cheaper than the last shop I used. The starter is so strong now the motor barely turns over once before it starts up!”

He was able to quickly find the problem, and was detailed in his explanation to me on what needed to be done.Great expertise and fair pricing. I was also extremely and pleasantly surprised to see that my car had been fully detailed when I picked it up. We will be using Max’s for all our vehicle needs in the future. “5 stars for a failed rescue, because at the end of the day it was the right call for my equipment. Driver spent several hours working on my motorcoach to get it moved but in the end it couldn't be moved without certain costly damage. I believe the drivers name was Jacob and he was very polite and informative but also down to earth, realistic, and respectful. All around good business, hate that we couldn't label it a successful call.Btw: Seamon's didn't charge me a dime for the attempt. They were expensive comparatively but the only service able to even attempt my motor coach.”

“I have had several opportunities to visit the Long-Lewis Heavy Truck Shop in Prattville Alabama for service and every occasion has been a positive experience. I own a RV that is built on a Ford E450 Super Duty cutaway chassis and it is not easy to find a Ford dealership with the capacity to service this size vehicle. The Long-Lewis Heavy Truck Shop fills a great need in central Alabama for RV’ers and other heavy duty vehicle owners.
They have not only heavily invested in a nice facility, the staff is awesome. I have recommended this facility to several RVing friends and their experience has been positive as well.”

“I have to brag on this business. I woke up to low pressure in my front right tire and I had to be at work within an hour. So I called Reese and asked if they could fit me in really quick and they checked and said that they can get me in. I came straight there and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. I was able to make it to work in time, and I am so thankful that they got me taken care of. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.
