Went to the Decatur store because my hearing aids weren't hooking up to Bluetooth. Salesperson would not even attempt to help me and he was extremely rude about it. I went to the nearby vape and phone repair store and was at least given suggestions on what I could do. I will never go to this AT&T store again to buy anything as you are not even given common courtesy. Will go to AT&T in Huntsville or Hartselle.

Ordered 2 new phones both the same except color. Wife's phone came yesterday, but mine has not, with no info on where it is or when it will arrive. No tracking number for it

Came in this location to pay my bill and he was waiting at the door had me in and out in 5 minutes and they had plenty people to assist customers.

ATnT manager took my brand new phone 13 pro I just purchased at T-Mobile n $78 ONLY even trade up to 13 promax , I paid for 2 new phones litterly!!! ATnT sux.... kept my new paid for T-Mobile 13pro he let me trade for $78 and $62.xx mthly to sign on ATnT upgrade for T-Mobile didn't work at my residence.... 👎👎

The girl that sat down with me and my mom was very informative and quick to have the answers we needed in order to solve my problem. She was quick to problem solve and come up with another solution to the fact that there wasn't any of the phones in stock that I wanted.

Went in to get help with my NEW phone purchase and an issue that I was having. The man that tried to assist me said his name was "Jeffrey" he was incredibly rude in his demeanor and actions. I called store supervisor, who was very nice and informed him of the experience but I truly doubt anything will be said. I am taking it to corporate in hopes of trying to advocate for the next person he tries to be rude with!!!!

Manager was very helpful in getting my account chang to my name for billing. My wife passed in February and the account was in her name. He was very professional and is an associate that is a leader in his position.

This store is a joke!! I've had to go to them 3-4 times already and they haven't been able to help me once! Everything they've told me was wrong, and according to AT&T customer support, not only were they wrong they just didn't want to help! One of the the employees that was helping me just started laughing out of nowhere because another employee did something behind my back. I'm so confused as to what I have to do to finish my upgrade, an upgrade this store initially told me that I wasn't even eligible for, until my previous phone was paid off. My phone was already paid off like a month prior to this visit. Every time I've gone there, there was a uppity vibe like I wasn't deserving of their time. Go to another store don't waste your time at this one!

My visit to your store on Belt Line Rd in Decatur Alabama was Impeccable. Your Representative Jeremy is a confident, polite, and extremely knowledgeable individual. He replaced my I-phone SIM card and answered a number of questions with considerable ease. He wasn't stressed, rushed or distracted during my visit. As for me, I am a veteran who served in the Air Force for 26 years. Jeremy is one of the rarest of individuals. In a world where people fail to understand that impeccable behavior and proper character should be strived toward their entire lives. That like Jeremy these good, fair, and exemplary characteristics are apparent. Like the choice to perform his responsibilities in the most exemplary manner. He is the very very best I’ve had the privilege of making contact with at any place of business. I hope you treat all your employees well. Please, do your very BEST for Jeremy.

On Feb 6th, 2 AT&T folks came to set me up. The price that I was quoted for internet, cable and phone, was $129.00
My bank account was just hit for $158 and that didn't include tv. The representative lied to me. Instead of the $129 that I was originally quoted, the total is actually $274.HE LIED TO ME. I will be returning to Spectrum.
