Extremely disappointed with Audio Solutions. I brought my son’s vehicle in to have subs and an amp installed. They told me I had to buy a $200 part — only to not even use it due to either incompetence or laziness.
Then they had the nerve to complain about not making any money on the job — despite charging significantly more than several other shops in town. Completely unprofessional behavior.
What really pushed it over the edge was how long they kept the vehicle. They finally called me at 6 PM, right in the middle of my dinner, demanding I come pick it up. I had to drop everything — missed my niece’s birthday, the cake, the candles, all of it — just because one of their guys couldn’t stop whining and needed the car gone.
Bottom line: overpriced, unskilled, and totally inconsiderate. I won’t be back, and I suggest you think twice before trusting Audio Solutions with your time or money

Mark is a wiz with sounds systems. He hooked a good sounding system up for me and when I had problems he helped me figure out what was going on with it. Lost power to my sub and couldn't figure what the issue was but my crappy rewiring, if it ain't broke don't fix it! Lol thought I was upgrading but the one 10 he sold me in bypass box was twice as good as a 600$ 12 1000 watt truck speaker and amp. I ordered reason learned. Let the pros do it.

Its alright, they charged an outrageous price just for wiring in a 10 inch sub in my single cab pickup. Anyone else I know would be happy to do it for less than half the price

Friendly environment. Just bad quality job. I install a new screen in my Hyundai Genesis Coupe and since he install it I stop listening my music I hear more the static sound on my speakers than my music. Stereo that he sold my was damaged for $600 I'll do it by myself. Google maps said open 9:30 I arrive at 9:45 and still close.

I had my windows tinted and Mark was great!! He fit me into his schedule and he was very professional!! Mark was knowledgeable about tint and products.

Mark did a great job installing the touch screen navigation system for my car. He was very helpful and friendly...he even installed it on a day that he originally planned to be off to accommodate me. All in all, great customer service and great work!

Mark who does the work on the cars is a very nice man you have any problems he does not mind helping you I am 63 and I did not understand things on my new stereo with GPS and all that on it that I had put in went back and The man sit down and show me everything and told me if I had any more problems I could come back that's what you call good people and back up their products I truly recommend this place to anybody
