So thankful for Bo, the manager. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He did a free check on my SUV, found the problem and fixed it within an hour. He went out of his way to help. I will definitely be going back to this AutoZone, on Beltline Rd. from now on. He didn't BS me, or make me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. Or try to sell me things I didn't need.
Thank you Bo and AutoZone for a great experience.

I always take my business to Decatur auto zone on beltline, there more helpful friendly and beneficial to prices and products. I live an hour away and still choose this store everytime. I spoke with Shannan today and she was awesome, she definitely brings value to the company. Thankyou!

The entire store should be retrained or replaced. Management was extremely rude and the business practices seem shady at best. I'm extremely upset and won't be shopping here again. I would give zero stars if I could.
