Went into the store today in a spending mood to reward myself of a new Michael Kors purse or purses. I could not get any help from the store clerks. After struggling to see purses and prices while listening to Elizabeth and Shelby (store clerks) carry on their personal conversations instead of helping customers, I decided to leave and go make purchases where I can get some assistance.

Stopped by today ready to pay about $200 on a men's fragrance purchase. I circled the specific area a few times and looked around. Saw employees, but noone came over to assist. I decided they didn't want any business and left. Ended up at Ulta, and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. Employee took me to the men's fragrance section, educated me on a few things and made me feel confident in my purchase. Belk (in Decatur) has gone to crap. I wont waste my time or gas again on them.

Manager here at Belk in Decatur very rude and got on to me bc I said ONE CURSE word then she said a curse word herself. I’m a 29 year old adult and we payed well over $500 here in the store for this service?? Wow. So rude and gross.

I've not ever been to Belk ever my whole life. And this is like going back in time, remembering how wonderful the department stores all used to be. They all had the finest clothing. Like this store has. I just couldn't believe it. This is why the parking lot is always Soo full. You're can tell whoever has this store they really do care about what type of clothes they purchase from the designers. Absolutely beautiful and stunning. Just like it used to be back in the day.
I just don't know where the minds of designers went to these days. Bc they're definitely not focusing on what people love. Except this store. Great and marvelous job y'all. Keep up the good work.
