  Big lots are going out of business and they are sailing out-of-date products... I know I bought some home and didn't look and it was out of date. 😭

  The management absolutely sucks. The store manager does not solve issues when they need to be resolved. He just leaves it be. And he just lets his managers do whatever they want. I previously reported that a manager was walking around with his girlfriend all the time and even took her to the back like she worked there. Not cool at all. And please stop hiring family all it does is create issues. But the management sucks.

  The manager of the furniture department is the rudest lady. We went in to buy a couch and she did not want to help us at all. We asked for help and she dismissed us and went outside for a smoke break. She did not come back in until the nice lady at the front register called her back to furniture. She was mad she had to stop smoking and help us. We ended up purchasing a couch and then when we got home with it, it was boken. The arm of the couch was broke. We brought it back and she smarted off and said “there is nothing wrong with it” and the employee with her told her “it is obviously broke” it is pretty bad when an employee has to tell the manager how to do her job.

  Really disappointed in the shopping here. There used to be a great selection but has steadily gone down in the past few years.
