Wanted $9800 to install Cam and Lifters in a 2022 Sierra 1500 5.3…. Their competition up the road did it for less than half of this… would not recommend at all… this service department is highway robbery… not my first encounter like this with them, only reason I considered them for this job is they are very close to me and it’s where I purchased the truck… never again

Parts department was helpful but service department refused to look at my 2024 chevrolet for a warranty issue after I was told that I could go to any GM dealer. I was turned away because I didnt buy it there and/or its not a GMC.. I'm glad I moved on and will go there.. I recommend anybody to not go there to purchase or have vehicle sevice

My experience could not have been any better at Bramlett GMC! Anthony is the kind of salesperson you want to work with - no pressure, no hassle, patient, wiling to answer any questions you have, and works hard to make the best deal he can. From management, sales, parts and service, I was treated with professionalism and respect. I highly recommend doing business with Bramlett!

I cant say enough about the kindness and patience I experience here. Anthony Light was absolutely amazing to work with. Explained everything to me in detail.
On top of that i had my elderly mom with me and she wanted to sit outside and as i was going in and out checking on her and trying to get my GMC Terrain, He (Anthony) was amazingly patient with me.
At one point another worker was sitting outside and talking with her. It gave me the ability to do what i needed with peace of mind that my mom was safe.
Then i go into do my paperwork and again meet with kindness beyond measure. Everything was explained to me with no question unanswered.
My experience as a single woman was made to be the best experience i ever had.
And with all that greatness from all the staff. I got a beautiful SUV in my budget.
I would and will go here again for an other vehicle..

Recently had to use Bramlett Service Department for a warranty repair. I was immediately met by the Service Consultant, Mendy Williams, upon arrival. She received my information, informed me of the process and even provided me with a loaner car for a few days while mine was being repaired. She called me a few days later, informed me that everything was done and ready for pickup. The whole process could not have been easier and Mendy was absolutely amazing! She is the epitome of customer service and Bramlett along with their customers are the lucky ones for having her! Well done Mendy! Thank you for your exceptional care of our vehicle and of us!

Highly recommend!!
Brandon was great help with finding exactly what we wanted! Then scheduled a detail and an appointment to have a bedcover put on our new purchase. The entire experience was perfect from beginning to end! Glad we made the hour and half drive! These are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! We will definitely be back!
