When I arrived I was given the incorrect order to sign. After that was fixed, I waited for over two hours for the oil change to be completed. I understand this is normal for a morning-of appointment. I asked for a tire rotation but that was not done due to tires being worn, which is also understood. One of the wiper fluid squirters was not working, so it was inspected and the hose was reconnected. I don't know what all goes into that, but $33.00 to reconnect a hose seems a little expensive! After I left, I noticed the windshield sticker was not replaced with the next oil change date/mileage, so I questioned if the oil was even changed. These are minor issues but I did not leave impressed. If getting the oil changed elsewhere does not void the warranty, I doubt I will be back for this service.

Jeep champion dealer in Decatur is excellent. I've called several times, mainly dealt with the service department and they're always friendly and informative.
Brittany, in their service department, is extremely helpful, super courteous, and couldn't be more pleasant. I always leave with a smile on my face.

They did change my oil like requested and checked on recalls, but couldn't fix 2 recalls because of parts and wouldn't rotate my tires because I need new tires they said. Then come home and my front left tire was showing low and they didn't even check the air, that is a typical inspection on a car when doing an oil change. Especially at a dealership.

The service department really has taken care of me in the past few weeks. While my challenger was there getting diesel fuel cleaned out of it (no fault of my own). A few days later my Ram 1500 would not start and no one could figure it out. I took it to Champion and they bumped me ahead in line since I had two vehicles there now. They had it fixed and back on the road in two days, one day was waiting on the part. They will have my business from now on.

I had several warning lights on, one being Service Traction Control, and In addition, my Radio Computer kept locking up or restarting. Britney was very helpful explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. My car was repaired a week before I was expecting it and $400 under the estimate! The Technician Cris was extremely helpful making sure my Serious XM Radio was set up correctly!! The staff is friendly and awesome!!!

The parts and service department crews are rock stars. I experienced an issue with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee on my way home from an out of state trip. Initially I had a throttle body ordered according to the diagnostics shown by a different dealership. This particular part was on backorder due to high demand. Not only did they help me connect to right people to expedite the part. Once the part came in and the service was scheduled. The tech found the actual cause, they were able to get the correct item, intall it, and I was on my way. They refunded me for the throttle body and saved me about $600.00. I have always had great service with them and would reccomend them to anyone.

Started off great. Then communication went to shit. Had my truck for a month. Couldn’t tell you how many times I called and didn’t get an answer or said they would call me back and never would. And it’s hard to think it’s a coincidence that my air worked when I dropped it off and didn’t when it was picked up. Doubt I will ever be back not that that matters or affects them.

I had an amazing experience with Champion recently. I broke down nearby as I was traveling through. I was contacted immediately the next morning, my car was repaired within hours, and they kept me informed throughout the process. I’m truly impressed!
