This is second hand knowledge this is just from what I've heard so I'm not going to write this above a two I heard that the customer that went to this particular store location was not satisfied because of lack of assistance maybe lack of staff but once again I say this and I'm not certain because this is again second-hand knowledge

Have found this to be the best most helpful courteous well stocked and knowledgeable cricket store and employees around our area. Have visited others and always leave them and drive an extra 35mins to this one to get merchandise and waited on properly.

The young girl up front does not speak spanish to non speaking english costumers but knows spanish & just giggles doesnt help that she knows spanish but doesnt want to speak it . I find this really disrespectful .

girl up front doesn’t like to speak Spanish to Spanish speaking individuals. Find it pretty useless to have a bilingual person, when she just speaks to them in English.

Says open at 10 and have been here since 10 have waited 43 minutes to open and still waiting...
