I had a return no receipt so I was asking could I use the card I bought with the the purchase or a gift card they said they couldn’t and I had to spend the money in the store clearly in there policy it said I could get a gift card etc.

This store is just a mess. You can't even walk down the aisle and can't hardly find anything totes blocking one way only one register open, the cashier don't speak or either has an attitude... The parking lot is a mess I walk in there and feel claustrophobic. I bet one or two things and I have to leave.

No longer have self checkout and only one cashier. What used to take 5 minutes takes 15-20 minutes because of long lines. If you value your time like I do don't go here.

It's alright low Dollar store you know get your washing detergent hide genes thing to that nature good place to go ain't got a wide selection of food and products out of that and milk frozen foods so you looking for those specific Adams they may have it may not have it

SHOCKINGLY RUDE! I stopped in at the Dollar General on 2305 Old Moulton Rd SW in Decatur, Alabama today to do my normal after work shopping. While I was leaving the store an employee was entering the store pushing a line of carts, so I step out of the way of the open door in order to let him enter. The employee yells at me! He then enters the store and tells me in a nasty tone that he said " The other door is open." So RUDE!! I had rather wait 3 seconds and let him enter than use the door while he is coming in pushing a line of carts. So in shock I leave and I hear him say as I'm leaving "Not only is he stupid but I guess he can't read." I return to the store and ask for his name. He says "It's Jordan." I start to leave and he says " You tell them it's Jordan Hawk." Just, WOW RUDE! If I were his boss I'd have FIRED him on the spot!

I like this dollar general it's right down the road from where I live everyone is very nice and helpful sometimes it seems like they don't have enough ppl working but the ladies make it work
