My wife and I have tried to get milkshakes from here on 3 separate visits over the last couple months, and all three times, they haven’t been able to make milkshakes for various reasons.

Terrible. Attitudes, rude, etc. Coffee was lukewarm and wasn't even close to what I asked for. Blank stares, laughing, wearing hoodies, zero customer service. Weird experience all around. Never again.

Terrible customer service, constant attitude from the lady over the drive thru speaker. And of this is by chance the manager terrible on your part.

I was in need of a pick me up I normally get a coffee but wanted to try something different so asked for a smoothie. I was very disappointed to have been told that the blender was broken and it had been broken for a month, when I was told this the tone the lady used wasn't great I just said Thank you and left.

My business partner and I called in an order of several dozen donuts less than 3 minutes before we needed them. To my surprise, when we arrived, they were hot and ready to go! They were delicious and everybody loved them! We will be back!

Went to try and get Baskin robins... Containers were knocked over and they didn't have most flavors. Um, excuse me, did you say you have a ice cream that taste like leftover thanksgiving??

I don't appreciate the fact that one of your employees claim that she was sick and tired of all the mobile orders coming in. I dont think she saw me standing at the register placing an order for 5 dozens of donuts but I could clearly hear her saying "I dont know why there are so many mobile orders coming in but these people need to stop!" After a few mintues passed as the other employee was boxing up my donuts, the same, vocal, discontent employee glanced at me while preparing drinks and she stated again "why do these people think they're going to get their drinks any faster by putting their order in on the mobile app? They need to stop!" I was really appalled by her comments and especially because she saw me standing there and she didn't care at all about expressing her discontent or who heard it. One employe in line behind me turned around and walked out of the store. And I can't say I blame her. Doesn't this employee understand that the mobile app is a convenience for your customers and that the company actually encourages the use of the app? This employee is obviously not happy to help people and definitely doesn't deserve to be in the "service" industry. Won't be going back to this location.

While I'll admit I've frequented other coffee shops I always come back to Dunkin' .I love the variety of items on the menu and haven't found one that I wouldn't order again.
