I don’t know about other people reviews which I find hard to believe. But the floor manager Sam was real nice to me and my wife both while purchasing me a new tv I even got the soundbar and also my grandchild a Plato set. They were kind and real respectful to us!!!! And made sure that my stuff will be delivered and no worries thank you again!!! Not only that he needs a raise for his positive and kind attitude and patientsWill purchase here for anything else!!

Marcus was excellent. I went in unsure if I wanted cheap or expensive headphones. He listened and guided me towards the middle end. Trust this guy !

Customer service was an A++. I needed a laptop, and I'm terrible with names, but I think his name was Kevin? He is a young guy with the long dreadlocks, said he went to Alabama A&M for a little while, but goes to Calhoun now. Anyways, he was awesome. He literally sat there with me forever through all my questions and concerns, and still was as sweet and polite as he was when I first walked in. I am so happy with my purchase that he helped me make! He really knows his stuff about everything in the store. Give him a raise cause he's a keeper, ya'll.And I love the new store. Lots of new products. I'm excited for the changes they are making!

BUYER BEWARE Bought top end Samsung TV from EE Decatur, AL some 4 months ago. loss of picture, pixilation, unwanted or un-commanded channel changes, or all of the above occur repeatedly while trying to watch a movie. Electronic Express does nothing. Samsung pretends to send repair techs, whom also do nothing. We have engaged electricians, IT pros and had an entire change out of all cable equipment at their techs behest. All issues point back the the tv istself and the business that sold it. 4 months in, a top end tv is unreliable, and frustrating. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS OR SAMSUNG OLED TVs. They have no intention of solving the products the sell. you like we will be left with expense and frustration. 1 Star is too many BUYER BEWARE

We bought a new speed queen washer, developed problems in 3 months. 3 year warranty. No help from Electronic Express, when you buy from them it's as is. Never go into the store again. All they do is give you the run around.

My wife and I clearly expressed to the salesman that we wanted a dishwasher with the pocket handle, she did not like the one with the handle that stuck out! The salesman told us that the one on the floor was last years model and the ones they had in the back were pocket handles! We ask him 3 different times, each time he insured us that was the case, we would be getting the pocket handle! They shipped us the one with the handle sticking out! My Wife is not happy! When we ask the manager he said that was the only one on sale, even though they can get it in the black which my wife would rather have and also in the same washer with the pocket handle! They will not swap it out! But they will swap it out with the same one because the one they brought out and installed is not working, it will not wash, throws a code E14 meaning it is not getting enough water! We got this one as quickly as possible because of the holidays and being without a washer, but now we are without a washer anyway until the new year!Edit: Talked with the Manager today, seems we had not talked to him but the assistant manager. He was very apologetic and wanted a chance to make it right! He offered a couple of options to make this right and my wife chose one and they are to come out and swap out this washer with another like she wanted for the same price! Nice to know someone still cares about customer service! I have bought from Electronic Express in Decatur AL. several times and they have always been very knowledgeable and very helpful, just this time we had a misunderstanding but they made it right! I can work with someone like this! I thank the manager for reaching out and making this right, that is the mark of a business and manager that will be very successful!
