“My wife and I are from North Georgia and are in town visiting my in-laws. They desperately needed a new dish remote. We pulled up to find Valley Satellite closed and a number on the door. We called it and spoke with Greg. He was out of town and the store was closed for the weekend but had his employee drop off a remote in the mailbox. What store does this anymore? (Hard to find, difficult request to grant now a days) With texts and calls only for a very unruly almost 16yo. No internet. They were system issues so I left and came back and she done her thing and made sure I understood how to operate the phone. She even called back the next to make sure I was good.
