Hello Google folks,I wanted to talk about my experience with this company FavGeek on the Beltline in Decatur. I came across this place cuz I needed to find out why my hp Laptop was not holding power without being plug up and possible other issues. I Goggle different Electronics stores in the area which is not that many in Decatur, Ala so I decided to go to this place (I'm from YO NY). I spoke to Dewayne and he told me that it was the battery that needed to be replace and while he was at it I asked him to ordered a power cord. When arriving Dwayne was very personal and pleasant to talk to about my laptop issue (not rushing me at all). I left it with him and he ordered and replaced the battery and ordered the power cord. However, after picking up my Laptop everything was good but a couple days later a new problem pop up so I went back to FavGeek because now I couldn't download Chrome for some unknown reason. Based on my last visit I felt that I can trust Dewayne to check, fix the new problem I had which he was able to do?. In addition he updated Chrome/put a free antivirus and other stuffs to keep my computer safe?. My conclusion folks would be that I would highly recommend him as a very good, knowledgeable repairman whom will analyze and fix all your electronics. He will be my go to repair guy from now on?.

I am a super senior citizen and not all that "tech savvy". Recently, my home was struck by lightning which devastated my computer, printer and router. I took everything to FavGeek for them to fix if at all possible. DeWayne Stewart was able to recover all of my data from the "fried" hard drive and install it on my new Dell Computer. His service was wonderful, his computer skills are excellent and his willingness to help was extremely compassionate and understanding. My experience with FavGeeK has been truly outstanding. They are my "go to place" when it comes to tech "stuff".
