I called with a few questions about upgrade on my Factory Bose system, now take into consideration I'm from central Bama . Anyway a Very knowledgeable and Super friendly staff member "AMY" went above and beyond and had all the answers I needed with no hesitation...I would highly recommend this Company and employees to perform any work of mine....Again Thank You Amy for the outstanding customer service.

I had a radio installed and they couldn’t get the radio to work so they said that they couldn’t figure it out and still charged me. I had to wire the radio myself and it works great

This is definitely a Ho Hum Run Business. It is clear that no one has any kind of formal training of any kind. It reminds me of a typical hobby turned into a business. I had them install camera system in my home/business and have to say. For the price I paid, they did not so good Work... Very indecisive about all of their decisions. I am sure they are self taught which is not a bad thing unless you are self taught by U-Tube (VERY BADDDDD) with all the wrong information & and are too lazy to FACT Check the info on U-Tube. Here is a novel idea take a class @ Calhoun CC. Obtain the wright knowledge to run a business. Require all your installers to have some type of certificate showing that they know how to install Stereos camera systems and any other type of Electronics that u plan to sell...Dam U'all.

Very happy with this store. Mr. Mock, is a great guy, and very helpful . My farm has been broken into by thrives 2 times in last month. Very remote location, and Mr. Mock is helping me set up a basic alarm system based on my needs to help deter this from happ3ning. I have no power or internet at this location. He is helping me build a system to help overcome this situation. He also sells and installs complete alarm systems, and seals many other electronic devices, and repairs electronics at his store location.
