What a scam ! My bran new Denali was hit after 2 days by a woman who was cited. Obviously her fault. Her insurance said they would pay for everything. Including my rental car. When I went to pick up my rental car. They charged me a $1000. I said, but her insurance was paying for this and approved it. He said not my problem. The worst service I have ever received not only that but he was nasty! I Don't suggest you ho here !!!!

Needed to rent a car but could not get a customer representative on the phone. The automated system kept directing me back to the internet. However I had a question the internet couldn't answer.....

Booked a car twice through third parties and both times Hertz had no cars even though they confirmed the reservations. At least one time they called me before I showed up. Not only did they not offer. free rental or free upgrade, it took me two weeks to get a refund for the car they didn’t provide. Pitiful.

I would definitely use them again. I had a great experience with them. Service was great and the staff was very helpful and courteous to me. They had exactly what I needed and at a very good price.

Had to get a rental through my insurance company so I went up there the first time to pick it up and of course they didn't have one for me to use so I rescheduled for today. I called to verify they would have a rental for me today and they didn't answer the first time I called so I waited a little to call back and was immediately put on hold. I was on hold for 35 minutes before I just said screw and canceled my reservation.

I made a reservation yesterday evening when Hertz was closed, but I needed to ask a question regarding my DL. I tried to call EIGHT times and utilize different prompts to get to a real person. NOTHING I selected would take me to an actual human to speak with. Not even the accident option. I then came to look at reviews (which I should have done first before making the reservation) and learned that most customers are lied to regarding car availability that they reserved, pricing, and the interaction with staff. Based on not being able to speak to a human being AND the reviews, I canceled my reservation and went with Enterprise instead. I'll gladly pay the extra $100 just for principle.

Arrived to find out the Toyota Corolla I had reserved was given to someone else. They UPGRADED me to a dirty defective VW Jetta with no other option. Even though I had prepaid though Priceline was required to do a $500 deposit. Then the rude women gave me attitude of take it or leave it. Also lied that I would immediately get my deposit on return. When I asked about my deposit stated a few days after reminding her she had previously said immediately--- rudely & loudly replied again a few days!!! The VW Jetta started beeping with the park & seat belt light coming on & off for no reason. Asked for her supervisor Lauren who basically called me liar and stopped responding when I asked for her supervisor's name and phone number. This is the worse experience I've ever had renting a car!!

I would leave 0 stars if possible. The day of our reservation they called to say they have no vehicles. The excuse was that I booked on Priceline and not their website. She stated that Priceline doesnt show real time inventory. So I go directly to their website and it shows AVAILABILITY! They were not even willing to help me find another Hertz locally that had a vehicle. I was told I needed to call, and they could not honor the same price if it was at a different location. Sorry excuse for a business!! Don't waste your time

DO NOT book from them atall. They literally cheat customer by making them book through priceline for very attractve less price and when you go in person to pickup, they say we dont have and upsell expensive one. If you login to priceline and check still they list all different car in attractive price to bring people.I went to Hertz rental office on 17th around 8:30 to pickup. The counter agent female said that car size is not available but can provide a bigger, but amount was very high. I asked why dint they call about unavailability instead but she said I have bigger car, take it or leave it. When I said even priceline confirm, she responded “we don’t work with 3rd party and NOT responsible for what they claim” and I logged into Priceline and showed still that Hertz location listing the same size of car and many other cars for cheap rate as available. I asked why you are cheating people by making them book with less price and when they come in person, upsell with expensive price. She asked me to leave if not interested.Made a complaint to priceline.

NEVER RENT HERE ! We booked and prepaid 2 weeks prior to pick up and when we went to pick the vehicle up we were told we had to have a credit card even after we already paid. Then they didn’t even care they closed the store on us . Then to make matters worse they are taking days to refund my money to my debit card!

Rent any where but here!! Rented as a gold star, in app. Went in on Monday the lady at the desk changed the rental from 199. To 507. Then said I can't change it you have to call c.s. called c.s they said she had to make it right. Out the door finally fixed. 2hrs later Was a drop box on Monday. Saturday to return now 6days they got took down the drop box and hours are from 8 to 5 mon thru Friday. Was Saturday hours now not.they are closed on Saturday. Contacted hertz corpt.offer to give me 950 points for having to drive back Monday to give keys. Then all the other stuff. Car was dirty and had a big Crack in the windshield. Told them I would rather warn others.

Walked in at 4:45, "Excuse me sir we close at five". Really? Cause your door says six and I just got off work. "Oh you prepaid but it's an Apple card and I can't verify it (but I really just want to be lazy and go home). You'll have to call customer service. Bye." No car. Worst customer service I've had in a while.
