Went to the paint department. Had a code from another brand and needed it in Bear paint. The wonderful lady behind the counter was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and gave fantastic customer service. What a jewel Hope Depot has in here. Give her a raise

Beware: propane exchange - received a bottle with an expired certification. Could not refill. Manager said “not our problem, contact AmeriGas”. If you are not an AmeriGas customer already good luck trying to contact. Date stamp on bottle must be within 5 yrs to be certified.

I placed an order for an appliance and didn't realize until i got home there was a $29.00 delivery fee. I called customer service and the employee stated that every appliance has that fee and i asked for that to be removed and have my appliance delivered to the store,the employee stated that once the order was made they could not do that. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with home depot over the years and I'm seriously considering going elsewhere to do my business.

Haven't really been a home depot shopper over the years but this one is better run than any home depot I've been in and it's also the first one that you don't have to chase them for help they come to you and that's a huge plus in this type of home store

Ms. Kimmie is the greatest asset to this store. We have been loyal to this Home Depot since 2014, but we feel like it went up a notch when we had kids and started bringing them to the build days. They LOVE Ms. Kimmie! She runs the best build days and loves her kids. Today was our first time at an outdoor build day. Please-give this woman whatever she needs to keep having successful kids workshops! I’d say she needs umbrellas or a tent if y’all keep hosting them outside. Pics of parents using makeshift sun protection included.
